I had the worst job ever with them. They used power tools to sand and my entire house was filled with dust – up and including my top floor rental apartment. They painted a louver closet door and got paint on my coats within the closet. I had to pay to have the rental apartment professionally cleaned, and to have all of my tenant’s clothes dry cleaned. I can see the mesh tape on the walls in certain spots where they did a poor job skim coating. The air was so full of dust when they worked you could hardly see – we had to leave the house. It was a nightmare! The workers were very nice and polite – but they should have used pole sanders.
Traditionalmod, someone can have a lot of knowledge but my husband never worked for her so she doesn’t know him or his work. He gave her an estimate for a small patch and that was it. I don’t know who you are but if we weren’t able to set up an appointment with you, I’m sorry, it must of been for a good reason.
I just don’t think people should burst what comes to their mind without knowing for sure specially if you haven’t met us and worked with us.
Aida, I called you before too and was told you live in Boston and do some work here. And I also had problems with scheduling. Donatella is a well known, reliable, knowledgeable, longtime participant on this blog. She is not one to tell lies.
These comments are not true. I don’t appreciate the fact people whom we don’t even know aren’t getting the facts right about who we are and where we are from. It seems you just want to harm us. And what’s wrong with first time posters? Didn’t you have your first time?
I made contact with this person once. Actually his wife s wife who schedules his appointments. They are Brazilians who live in the Boston area. Junior comes to Brooklyn apparantly to do work sometimes. We made an appointment, lots of confusion, last minute change. We never got it together. Periodically these ads show up on Brownstoner, and subsequent to my misadventure, I noticed several unhappy comments. Caveat emptor.
