Chimney and Roof Vendor NOT recommended: Diamond Roofing

Many contractors have too much work.  It would be polite if they called back, but I realize I have failed at times to tell every contractor who I got an estimate from when I went with someone else.

They are totally unresponsive – they provided an estimate and haven’t returned a single call in more than a month.  Find another roofer and/or chimney company.

At least you got an estimate. I called Premier two weeks ago to ask for an estimate. I was told someone would call me back for a time. They never called. I would stay away from such contractors.  Consider yourself lucky that they never did the job.
