architect to expedite an open permit

Hello,

We are selling our house (park slope), and there is an open permit from 1990 to put an extension on the house. We hired an expediter to get this settled, but the DOB won’t close it because there is not record of the work being completed, and apparently there are no drawings on file . We have to settle this to close. Can anyone recommend a local architect that can very quickly (asap) do the drawings and get the thing inspected and closed for us? Time is of the essence.
