Excellent Housing Court Attorney/Firm Needed

We need a top-notch attorney who regularly works in Brooklyn Housing Court. This is not an ordinary non-payment case but a complicated case where a well informed and very aggressive roommate (not a family member or spouse) is trying to take over a rent-controlled (not stabilized) apartment where the actual tenant is fatally ill. As the stakes are big we can’t risk some of the typical run of the mill non-payment specialists that work on volume, not quality. Don’t means to sound condescending, but this is a very important case for us and we can’t risk any screw-ups. Hopefully some of you have some recommendations and many thanks in advance.
