Mold Assessor Recommendation

i wish to recommend Alan if Inspectro.com for mold assessments. he was my instructor at a Continuing Ed class at Molloy College and i found him to be easy to communicate with, accommodating when answering questions, and extremely knowledgeable on the full breadth of home inspection issues as well as mold and humidity issues.

in the interest of disclosure, i must admit to the greater audience that we may do some work together – that means me on leak investigations with him assessing the interior damage/mold and writing action plans where needed. this means that if i am on jobs where the customer or i are concerned about mold, i will have alan as a resource if needed and i may be better able to guide the customer should there be some question as to whether a licensed assessor is needed.
