Thermoseal & Sheetrock Replacement Recommendation?

With the downpour of rain last night I awoke to a flooded basement.  I see that the water is coming trough the rear side extension.  From my neighbor???s yard I see that the bottom brick of my extension has long deep cracks, also I???m in need of interior thermoseal and replacement of green sheet-rock and baseboards.  Can anyone provide a recommendation?
