Kumo cloud?

I have a Mitsubishi city multi system and am considering adding kumo cloud to control it remotely. Any feedback – both good and bad – that I should consider? Is it worth the money?

I have been using the Kumo Cloud app for 2 years since my system was installed and find it very helpful.
We have a split in our gardend level and a full central unit on the parlor floor. I am able to turn it off and on while we are away and it is super handy if you forget to turn it off when you leave the house.

I have a Mitsubishi system with Kumo Cloud and haven’t been happy with it – in fact I never use it. Mine is about five years old so it may have changed since installation but any device interacting with it needed to be on the same network, making remote control impossible. It also kept dropping connections to our WiFi (which is quite good). Again, older system so it may have been updated – I’d check carefully that you don’t need to be on the same network if that is your main use case.
