OIL TANK CLEANING RECOMMEND?

Hi – I’m in a row house in Bed Stuy and my oil tank needs to be cleaned – a service Untied Metro who is my oil company doesn’t provide – they recommended ABC Tank Repair – always good to get a couple of estimates – does anyone have a recommend? thank you
