architectural salvage / Big Reuse / Renovation Angel

Hey all – I’m wondering if anyone here has experience working with secondhand materials on a remodel? For environmental, financial, and aesthetic reasons I’d love to work with pre-owned cabinets etc. when I redo my kitchen, but I realize I will also be creating some complications for myself. Would love any advice or stories from anyone who has done something like this before!
