Smart water monitor/shut-off systems

I don’t see any recent posts on this so am wondering if anyone who’s installed one (like the Moen Flo/Phyn/StreamLabs/FloLogic) can weigh in on how it went and how it’s going using one of these? We’re thinking of doing it to get the insurance discount. From my research…I wonder if it will shut our water off all the time since we have a tenant so people’s shower schedules aren’t that consistent.
