Architect and structural engineer recommendation needed for roof deck redesign

Hello! I’m looking for recs for an architect and/or structural engineer to help my condo (16 unit) redesign our roof deck. The common roof deck is currently placed above a unit owner’s bedroom and creates a ton of noise below, caused by a number of factors (the roof is currenly composed of pavers on pedestals). We want to work with a structural engineer and architect to draw up plans to create some type of floating/isolated deck, or another comparable solution. Hi, jockdeboeraia. How much does this type of job cost? Is it a very extensive project to do sound proofing on a pre-exsisting deck? Or do you need to just re-do the whole deck? Thanks!

I’ve done a few.  The last was on beams up above the deck but that was mostly becasue the existing roof could not accept the new loading.
