TAX CHALLENGE HELP

Does anyone know of anyone, or a company, that handles challenges to assessments/market value. In other cities, like Chicago, there is an entire industry of attorneys who will handle your challenge on contingency, putting together the comparables, etc. I’ve never seen that here.
