Construction Wraps at Williamsburg Condo With Outdoor Spaces, Penthouse Views, Rooftop Gym
The 45 residences include three penthouses, three garden-level homes, and one- to three-bedroom units.
Buyers who move into 308 North 7th Street in Williamsburg, a nine-story luxury condo building in the heart of the north side, will be close to everything, including the L and G trains. The sales office and model unit just opened inside the recently completed 45-unit building, designed by Isaac & Stern Architects, where already 16 units are in contract and move-ins are expected to start soon.
The building is designed to resemble a series of steps, which gives it a distinctive appearance and an exceptional number of units with access to outdoor space: 29 of the 45 units feature private outdoor space. The building includes three penthouses, three garden-level homes and one- to three-bedroom condos, ranging from 666 square feet to 1,529 square feet.
The interiors were designed by Paris Forino (other projects include Gem Hotel in Chelsea and Steiner East Village condos) and feature intricately designed stone and wood patterns and textures.
Forino fitted the kitchens with custom oak cabinetry and Arabescato Corchia marble countertops. Each apartment has Bosch appliances, including the oven, four-burner cooktop and dishwasher.
The amenity-rich building includes a landscaped garden, bike room, attended lobby and 23 indoor parking spots. Every resident will have access to a penthouse view on the top floor, where there’s a fitness room with an outdoor extension, children’s playroom, lounge, and a large terrace equipped for barbecuing. Private cabanas are available for purchase.
308 North 7th Street is just quick walk from the L and G trains — a bonus now that the L train will remain open during repairs. McCarren Park, with its massive outdoor pool, and East River Park are both a short walk away.
Residents here will be close to all the restaurants, retail and nightlife Williamsburg has to offer, including Michelin-starred steakhouse Peter Luger and Egg, a Williamsburg favorite that serves up a farm-to-table breakfast. Beloved neighborhood bar Union Pool is just around the corner. Wine bars St. Anselm and Brooklyn Winery are close by, and on weekends Smorgasburg in East River State Park features some of the borough’s best food.
Prices start at $840,000, and buyers benefit from a 15-year tax abatement. The Shemesh Team at Douglas Elliman Real Estate is handling sales and marketing.
The sales gallery features a fully outfitted model residence. For more information or to schedule an appointment, please contact the sales team at 718-388-3778 or visit 308n7.com.
