Residential Sales [NY Times]
Shore Road photo by Kate Leonova for Property Shark
Not sure where the comment about Property Shark comes from but I did a quick search and found this listing for 895 Park: http://homes.point2.com/US/New-York/City-of-Greater-New-York/Brooklyn/Crown-Heights/745991-Real-Estate.aspx
It is fully renovated and was listed at 1.2M so the $1.1M price sounds very possible if not probable.
Property shark is only right half the time
A very notable recent sale that came through Property Shark today is 895 Park Place for $1.1M.
Sounds like a record for the Crown Heights North area, anyone know for sure?

Bummer about the misprint since I was happy to see prices finally coming down.
Thats quite a misprint.
According to property shark 241 Windsor Pl. sold for 990,000 not 900,000.
