Brookland Capital has been out of business for years, and the site has been sold twice since then, most recently in February. The new owner will restore the exterior as required by LPC and plans luxury apartments of some sort, according to articles in Crain's and The Real Deal. We had this article about it in Daily Links recently: https://therealdeal.com/new-york/2025/02/19/developer-snaps-up-clinton-hill-church-for-9m/ We'll keep an eye on their plans and the LPC hearing.
