Yesterday we published a piece on the decrepit abandoned Building 25 on the Creedmoor Psychiatric Center grounds. It was an amazing sight, and a classic space for urban archaeologists and explorers. Over the years, we’ve known people who love to go into abandoned buildings to explore and take photos. Some feel there is a lot of beauty in things like rust and piles of debris. So how about you – do you consider yourself an urban archaeologist or explorer? Do abandoned buildings call to you? Have you been on any adventures of this sort? Let us know in the comments of via twitter at @queensnycity!
