This rental is part of Crescent Club, a modern luxury building in Long Island City. The building offers different sized apartments, but this listing’s floor plan shows a studio. The apartment is very spacious and has floor-to-ceiling windows. The kitchen has new appliances with a nice peninsula for extra counter space. There is also a private balcony.

The building itself has tons of amenities including a fitness center, storage, onsite parking, backyard and roof access, and other outdoor play areas. The listing doesn’t say anything about laundry though. The monthly rent is $3,350.

Crescent Club is a short walk away from the 7 and N/Q trains, and there are many bus options nearby too. Queensbridge Park and the East River are a 15-minute walk away, and there is shopping and dining options all around the building. Click through for more photos.

  1. Renter beware! Noise on this street from traffic heading to the Queensboro bridge is intense. Imagine an aggressive chorus of car horns starting at 4am and going pretty much the rest of the day. You’ll be paying too much to happily live with that.
