Condo Units Hit the Market at Long Island City Development Ivy28

The condo market in Long Island City swells again, as Modern Spaces listed units at the new development Ivy28. The location in question is 42-37 27th Street, between 40th and 41st avenues. Curbed spotted listings for the 28 studio and one-bedroom units, with prices ranging from $609,000 to $521,000. Interior features include walk-in closets, stainless steel appliances, Kohler sinks and deep soaking tubs. There’s also commercial space on the ground floor and a shared central courtyard with ivy-covered walls (guess that name had to come from somewhere!) and a mural.
