Construction Wrapping on the Paper Factory Hotel, Scheduled to Open This Month

Real Estate Weekly shares an update on the Paper Factory Hotel, under construction at 37-06 36th Street in Long Island City. The owners, Madison Realty Capital, closed a mortgage loan for the repayment of the existing construction financing and they plan to open the hotel later this month. They are currently adding finishing touches to the former paper factory warehouse, which will boast a gym, an office, conference and meeting space, and a restaurant, gift shop, and computer stations on the first floor.
