“Newish build,” huh? The place opened in 2006–a lifetime ago by LIC standards.
For the price of this cookie-cutter cubicle of an apartment you could purchase a spacious two- or three-bedroom apartment, warm and charming, in the beautiful historic district of Jackson Heights, just a few subway stops farther away from Manhattan, if that’s important to you. Just saying.
