The Food Box Opens in the Falchi Building

LIC Post reports that the first phase of the Falchi Building transformation is underway. Four independent food vendors — The Kolache Co., Khao Man Gai NY, Jessey’s Pastries and Real Caribbean Food — are now serving on the ground floor, dubbed “The Food Box.” The building developer, Jamestown Properties, is currently renovating a space for Artisanal Premium Cheese, one of the first vendors to sign a lease in the building. Jamestown plans to expand The Food Box in the future, if all goes well. It is currently open Monday through Friday, 6:30 am to 5 pm.
