Perhaps it’s good news for the real estate market that the selling price was so close to the asking price of $795,000? Just as with the Bedford Ave. building that just leased all 14 units in one day, this could be an anomaly, or it could be a sign from the real estate gods that salvation lies ahead. GMAP

I saw this place. Pretty unique in that it had amazing views (high maintenance though). I did not bite but I am not suprised someone fell in love with the views.
