The development at 175 Vanderbilt, which has been in the making for a few years now, is sporting signage marketing one-, two- and three-bedroom condos with “Euro kitchens, private elevators, private balconies, and terraces.” Listings for all nine units have popped up and are priced between $625,000 for an 844-square-foot one bedroom and $1,350,000 for a two bedroom just over 2,000 square feet. Whaddya make of the pricing in that section of Clinton Hill?

  1. Hmm. I must say that this intersection is less than desirable, though you do have a nice view of the football track where sometimes marching bands practice (which I love).
Seems a bit high for the area – $645k for 800 sq feet?

  2. These are really terrible looking apartments. AND expensive. Cheap flooring, unimaginative and ugly kitchens. I don’t get it. And they are asking 685,000 for the cheapest ones. Not a good deal.

  3. those clowns have blighted that corner for far too long. Shouldve been finished years ago. This is the same dude did the curb cut on Clinton, just behind this mess. How come the photos dont show the completely unfinished and hideous collection of boards still at the street-level of this project? I seriously cant stand whoever this developer is. He needs to f off promptly.
