Poor Greenwood Heights residents. The best they can possibly hope for when it comes to new development is mediocrity and we’re not even so sure this new project at 300 20th Street that just launched its sales effort makes it over that descriptive hurdle. On the plus side, the four-unit building has generously-sized windows and avoided any odd brick choice; on the minus side, these interiors feel so generic it’s hard to muster any excitement. All four units are two-bedrooms, with two of them priced at $549,000 and two of them at $624,900. Predictions?
300 20th Street [Brownstone Real Estate] GMAP
Greenwood Heights is becoming the architectural version of the island of misfit toys.
We live more or less across the street from these units. Used to be Corcoran. The building is really really ugly (no offense!) and 20th street is not pleasant. We are happy renters, but would not buy on this street due to the fact that it’s a two-way truck route.
Hey! No Fedders holes!
This is not a new listing. I think Brown Harris or Corcoran had it for a month at same prices. Good luck. I went by and place was Home Depot special. The basement had flooded and the ground floor apartment stunk of mold and bleach.
I guess the sponsor thought he could make more money by going with a no name agency. Sponsor is on crack to ask these prices.
These too will go rental
20th street is indeed busy and noisy, plus asI stated above, these are overpriced and will sit sit sit
> Predictions?
Two words: going rental.
Sweet Juliette balconies bro
what’s going up next to it? I assume something, as their are no side windows.
.
The exterior brickwork is ok. To be kind, In person the building’s facade has a retro feel that is not at all unpleasant. 20th St. is a major two way truck route… enough said.
Prices are way too high for a walk up on 20th street.
