A two-bedroom at the top of a big standalone Edwardian in Bay Ridge seems to have a decent amount of space for the price and is easy on the eyes.

Under the eaves and lit by windows on all sides, the seemingly well maintained unit has hardwood floors, white walls and a large dining room. The updated kitchen comes with a mosaic tile backsplash and a large amount of counter space, but no dishwasher.

The bedrooms are large, and the bathroom has a classic look with subway tile walls, new hex tile floor and white fixtures.

The no-fee listing, from Helen Chee of Compass, doesn’t mention laundry. The Dutch Colonial house with wraparound porch has three units and sold last year for $2.41 million. (Incidentally, it has a pool, presumably off limits.)

The rent is $2,600 a month, and there’s an open house by appointment set for Saturday from 1 to 2 p.m. What do you think?
