The six-story building with a Deco doorway, brick detailing and a parapet ornamented with winged creatures wraps around the corner of 4th Avenue. When it was completed in 1936 residents would have been able to take advantage of Marie Asborn’s Swedish Massage Studio, located on the ground floor.

The rooms of the unit all open up off a foyer — exactly how generously it is sized is tough to tell as there isn’t a floor plan. There is a living room with a passthrough to the windowed, eat-in kitchen.
