Boerum Hill's Mural Covered Brick Build 50 Percent Leased, Now Marketing Penthouses

Two months after kicking off leasing, the mural-covered rental development at 267 Pacific Street in Boerum Hill has leased half its apartments and begun listing its top-floor penthouses, according to marketing reps for the building. The five penthouses on the seventh floor start at $4,495 a month for a one-bedroom and go up to $5,895 a month for a two-bedroom, two-bathroom.

Designed by GF55 Partners and Studio DB, the 60-unit building features a bike garage with a dedicated workshop, roof deck with BBQs and a misting shower, and subterranean parking for 30 cars. Units range from studios to two-bedrooms and rent from $2,525 a month. Quinlan Development and Lonicera Partners are the developers.
