Let’s address the downside first: there’s no proper bedroom, at least not one you can shut a door on. There’s a middle room with “lots of closet space,” according to the listing, that would presumably be the best spot for a bed. You could also put it up front, though that space is best used as a living room.

And now the upside: that living room is a nice large one, with high ceilings, floor to ceiling windows and a parquet floor. The eat-in kitchen is cute and roomy, with ample cabinet space and a large window overlooking the garden.
