The most popular listings on Brownstoner this week include a rental in Brooklyn Heights, a bungalow in Ditmas Park West and a detached house in Marine Park.

Park Slope and Flatbush are popular this week with other listings dotted around the borough. The least expensive is a Park Slope rental at $2,600 a month and the most expensive is again in Park Slope, a row house priced at $4.7 million.
