This week the top 10 listings on Brownstoner included a glassy condo in Greenpoint with a dramatic double-height curved wall of windows and some classic 19th century townhouses.

There were multiple popular listings this week in both Red Hook and Crown Heights. The least expensive home in the top 10 was a 1950s brick row house in Flatbush priced at $589,000, and the priciest was a grand townhouse in Park Slope asking $6.65 million.

Which would you choose?

7. This Renaissance Revival-slash-neo-Classical townhouse at 26 Montgomery Place in Park Slope is quite the grand residence. Landmarked and located on a park block, it’s huge, loaded with period details in stellar condition, and offers some modern amenities the 19th-century builders of the house never considered, like a roof deck and an in-ground pool.

5. Next stop is Red Hook, and a fairly desolate stretch of Luquer Street in the shadow of the Gowanus Expressway. An unlikely place to find a $2.7 million house, perhaps, but such is Brooklyn circa 2017. It’s a three-story with an extension on the bottom floor, and an apartment with a rear terrace on each level.
