The most popular listings on Brownstoner this week include a Park Slope limestone by Brooklyn architect Arthur Koch, a Fort Greene Italianate with an unusual renovation and a detail-filled townhouse in Clinton Hill.

Listings in Bed Stuy, Clinton Hill and Park Slope were popular this week, with a few more scattered around the borough. The least expensive home of the group is a swank Park Slope co-op for $995,000 and the most expensive is a Boerum Hill brownstone asking $3.995 million.

Which would you choose?

10. First up is a three-story two-family in Bed Stuy that has been renovated but not newly renovated, has some original detail, and is quite nice. It has a rental on the bottom and a duplex above, with one and a half baths and three bedrooms, one of which lacks a window but has a skylight. There are inlaid floors, moldings, unpainted carved woodwork, pocket doors and five decorative fireplaces.

9. This Clinton Hill townhouse has what you want in an Italianate brownstone, with four large bedrooms and a beaut of a high-ceilinged parlor floor that offers graceful, detail-filled front and rear parlors. It’s at 192 Washington Avenue, off Myrtle Avenue and one block away from Pratt Institute. It’s a four-story one-family, narrow at 16 feet wide but not lacking in square footage.

8. In Park Slope is a two-bedroom co-op that’s gotten a swank, elegant overhaul by the design firm BHDM and stories in Architectural Digest and Lonny. It’s on the third floor of a self-managed, eight-unit brick building on Union Street, just off 5th Avenue. Masterminded by Dan Mazzarini, the former director of store design for Ralph Lauren, the revamp has a dramatic color scheme that’s heavy on black and white, and favors dark colors in the kitchen and bedrooms.

7.This four-story brownstone on Putnam Avenue needs work, and probably quite a bit of it; and it presents another potential challenge as well: it’s an SRO. It’s got some elaborate original detail, though, including etched and stained glass, an ornate pier mirror, mantels, moldings, wainscoting, pocket doors and inlaid parquet floors.

6. This classic Park Slope prewar three-bedroom has nice details, ample space, low monthly fees and a berth right by Prospect Park. It’s a fourth-floor walkup in an eight-unit limestone at 567 8th Street. Located in the Park Slope historic district, the Beaux-Arts building was completed in 1909 and designed by Brooklyn architect Arthur Koch.

5. In Clinton Hill is a Neo-Grec townhouse with a bay front on Lafayette Avenue, across from the Ryerson Towers. It’s a large one, 21 feet wide and four stories, which has been renovated, but retains original details including crown moldings, a tin ceiling and a tiered, mirrored mantel. As it stands, it’s split into double duplexes; the listing offers an alternate floor plan for a triplex over a garden rental, so a buyer could go that route.

4. This semi-detached early 20th century Tudor-esque brick house is on 14th Avenue, at the edge of Dyker Heights. It’s been in the same family for over 80 years, according to the listing, which asserts that it’s been “lovingly maintained.” Condition looks good, though updating is needed — it’s heavy on shag carpeting, for one thing, though the listing promises that the original floors are beneath.

3. Next up, a landmarked four-story brownstone on Dean Street in prime Boerum Hill, which according to the listing dates back to 1871. As with the last one it’s a three-family, with a duplex below and two floor-through units above — and as with the last one there’s an unorthodox layout to the duplex, which has an internal staircase and only a single proper bedroom.

2. This single-family, standalone on Rugby Road in West Midwood was designed by the prolific early 20th century architects Slee and Bryson. It was gut renovated eight years ago, according to the listing, and is move-in ready, with new electric and plumbing. There’s plenty of space, with four bedrooms, including an expansive master with a walk-in closet and an en-suite bath.

1. Finally, we have a four-story Italianate brick townhouse on Clermont Avenue in Fort Greene. It’s beautifully renovated within, in a style not often seen within a 19th-century Brooklyn row house, one that’s modern and heavy on blond wood appointments and accents, with a seeming Japanese influence. It’s serene, distinctive and quite lovely. The house is a four-story with two rentals and a lower duplex.
