This week, a look back at four of our featured listings from six months ago focuses on homes in Cobble Hill, Fort Greene, Park Slope and Brooklyn Heights. How did they fare?

Leading the pack this week is a four-story brick townhouse in the Cobble Hill Historic District that has a number of unique original details, including a show-stopping parlor. Located at 181 Degraw Street, the home dates back to the early 1850s and is currently configured as a triplex over a garden rental. This former House of the Day changed brokers and is back on the market at a reduced price of $3.995 million.

Then, we have a condo in the Park Slope Historic District that’s less than half a block away from Prospect Park. The building, located at 567 8th Street, is one of a row of Beaux-Arts apartment houses built in 1909 and designed by Arthur Koch. The unit is a true two-bedroom with 9.5-foot ceilings (the ceilings appear much lower in the photos), a dining room and a double parlor. This former Condo of the Day sold in November for $1.6 million, which was $25,000 above the asking price.

After that, in the Fort Greene Historic District, we have a prime four-story townhouse, part of a stretch of Italianate homes built between 1864 and 1866. Located at 256 Carlton Avenue, it’s 1.5 blocks from Fort Greene Park and had been with the same owner for over three decades. This former House of the Day sold in December for $4.25 million, which was $255,000 above the asking price.

Last up, a renovated four-story single-family Italianate in Brooklyn Heights with parquet floors, eight wood-burning fireplaces, elaborate moldings and original doors. The cellar is finished, and there’s central air. In the rear parlor, two sets of French doors lead to a balcony overlooking the landscaped garden and its pergola. This former Open House Pick sold in December for the asking price of $6.9 million.
