This week, a look back at four of our featured listings from six months ago focuses on homes in Prospect Park South, Prospect Lefferts Gardens, Clinton Hill and Park Slope. How did they fare?

In Prospect Park South, a one-bedroom co-op offers a big foyer, breakfast nook and plenty of room for books. Located on the top floor of a 1940 Colonial Revival building at 221 East 18th Street, it nods to the era’s streamlined style with simple lines, a gently curved nook and built-in shelves in a niche in the entry. This unit is painted white, and there’s a pop of purple tile in the renovated kitchen. There are four closets plus storage elsewhere in the building. This former Co-op of the Day sold in November for the asking price of $499,000.

The original builder behind this early 20th century Prospect Lefferts Gardens limestone wasn’t exactly modest when advertising its completed row on Midwood Street as “the most perfect homes on earth” but the house was certainly designed with some nice details including mantels, wainscoting, a pier mirror and built-ins. Located at 28 Midwood Street in the historic district, the single-family has some modern upgrades, including central air and a renovated kitchen. This former House of the Day sold in September for $2.725 million, which was $25,000 under the asking price.

The clapboard charm of this 19th century Clinton Hill wood frame would make any old-house lover stop in their tracks and give it an admiring gaze. All the exterior Italianate details are present and accounted for at 357 Washington Avenue, and the period elements continue on the interior of the single-family home — including marble mantels, wood floors and plaster medallions. This former House of the Day is still on the market.

This circa 1889 brownstone in the Park Slope Historic District offers Queen Anne-style details such as carved wood fireplaces with original tile and a paneled dining room. It’s configured with dining, kitchen and living room on the ground floor and two floors of bedrooms above, including a master suite on the parlor level. This former Open House Pick was taken off the market in September.
