The most popular listings on Brownstoner this week include a modern condo in Williamsburg, a large and luxurious two-family in Crown Heights and the quirky Carrol Gardens home of “Girls” star Jemima Kirke.

Crown Heights and Williamsburg were popular this week, with the rest of the listings in different neighborhoods across the borough. The least expensive listing is a semi-detached brick house in Flatbush at $1.045 million and the most expensive is Jemima Kirke’s home at $4.49 million.

Which would you choose?

10. Here’s a two-bedroom co-op that sits at the top of an 1898 manse designed by Montrose Morris and offers a view of Prospect Park that must be pretty sweet. It’s at 19 Prospect Park West, off Carroll Street, a bit removed from the hubbub of Grand Army Plaza but close enough for an easy walk to the subway, farmer’s market and main library.

9. Here’s a two-story, semi-detached brick house in Flatbush that ought to make a worthy restoration project for someone not afraid to get their hands dirty (or pay someone else to do it). It’s at 2318 Newkirk Avenue, between Flatbush Avenue and East 23rd Street. It’s got a fine figure of a façade, with upper and lower bracketed cornices, a front porch and a curved window bay.

It occupies a corner spot on Buffalo Avenue at Lincoln Place, in the Weeksville section on the neighborhood’s eastern end. The house maintains a unit on each floor, and they’re pretty large units.

7. This Stuy Heights brownstone has been beautifully renovated, with modern updating alongside original details, and a choice owner’s triplex. It’s on a nice Putnam Avenue block, where with its angled front and L-shaped stoop it bookends a row of brownstones on the north side of the street. The legal three-family is set up as a two-family, with a triplex over a one-bedroom garden rental.

6. In Bay Ridge on 76th Street, we find a limestone row house with a barrel front that has been in the same family for a long time and “meticulously maintained,” according to the listing. This one’s got quite a bit of original detail, including a tiled entrance foyer, wainscoting, parquet floors, and a coffered ceiling and leaded glass china cabinets in the dining room.

5. On North 10th Street in Williamsburg, we find a condo with a modern feel, an open kitchen and two bedrooms that flank the living room and sport walk-in closets. It’s pleasant enough, with walnut floors and a kitchen island topped in white stone. The building, which went up in 2007, has lots of amenities, including a 24-hour concierge, a pair of roof decks and a sculpture garden.

4. “Girls” star Jemima Kirke is unloading her Carroll Gardens townhouse, and it’s an eye-catcher with a style that’s a match for her character on the HBO show: romantic, bohemian and unpredictable. Kirke picked up the house in 2013 and subsequently had it overhauled by architect Richard H. Lewis, the design force behind Balthazar and Tavern on the Green.

3. Here’s a loft-like unit in the Smith Gray, a 19th century building on Broadway in Williamsburg, converted to condos in 2002. It’s spread out over three levels, with a fetching double-height living room, with a floating iron staircase and a wall of windows. It’s got two proper bedrooms, including a master with a tin ceiling and a wall of windows overlooking the living room that’s trimmed out in walnut.

2. This one’s in a prewar building — the Art Deco Traymore, on Eastern Parkway near the Brooklyn Museum — though you wouldn’t necessarily guess it from looking at the unit, which at some point was gut renovated. It’s got dark-stained floors and white Shaker cabinetry in the open kitchen. There are two bedrooms but only one bathroom, but there’s also a washer and dryer and a fair number of closets.

1. This two-bedroom in The Smith, a 50-unit building constructed in 2006 on Smith Street at Atlantic in Boerum Hill — has got a modern vibe. It’s pretty straightforward: two decent-sized bedrooms, one with double exposures and each with a walk-in closet; a pair of bathrooms; and a kitchen that opens to the living/dining area.
