This week we’re taking a look at four listings from six months ago, including a two-family row house in East Williamsburg and a flip in Bushwick, and checking it to see how they fared on the market.

Here’s a Romanesque Revival brick townhouse on a 26-foot lot with a garage and a driveway — a common enough commodity in the borough’s outer reaches but a rare find in Park Slope a stone’s throw from Prospect Park. Located at 441 14th Street in the Park Slope Historic District, the house seems to need considerable work, though the listing is short on details. This House of the Day sold in March for $2.67 million, $125,000 below ask.

Here’s a two-story, two-family row house with an angled brick front, which needs some updating. At 111 Beadel Street in East Williamsburg, near the Greenpoint border, it’s in one of the oldest parts of Brooklyn, around where Bushwick was founded in the 1600s. This House of the Day is no longer on the market.

This three-bedroom unit is part of a new townhouse-style condo development in East Flatbush, at 452-458 East 29th Street. There will be 16 units all told; this is one of eight that hit the market earlier this month. A fourth-floor walkup with three bedrooms and a private terrace, this is the most expensive of the lot; the others are two-bedrooms that range from $565,000 to $775,000. This Condo of the Day is no longer on the market.

On Putnam Avenue in Bushwick, we’ve got a three-story flip that’s been completely overhauled, from its brick facade to its wood-fenced rear garden. A bit of care seems to have gone into this one, which has some details like recessed ceilings and inlaid floors. It’s set up as a two-family, with a two-bedroom rental on the garden level (duplexed with a finished cellar) and a three-bedroom owner’s duplex above. This Open House Pick sold for $1.29 million, $9,000 below ask.
