4 Two-Bedroom Homes in Prime Brooklyn for Under $1 Million
We’ve rounded up four two-bedrooms in desirable locations for budgets of under $1 million.
Are you looking to buy a home big enough for a family or roommate in a prime Brooklyn neighborhood — but you’re on a budget?
We’ve rounded up four two-bedrooms in desirable locations for budgets of under $1 million. All in move-in condition, these properties include a mix of condos and co-ops in apartment buildings and converted townhouses.
The apartments range from $479,000 to $995,000 and span the neighborhoods of East Williamsburg, Park Slope, Prospect Heights and Boerum Hill.
Which one would you choose?
This East Williamsburg two-bedroom, one-bath co-op has three exposures and quite a lot of windows, allowing for a pleasant north-south cross-breeze, not to mention plenty of light.
It is renovated and features an open living and dining area. The two existing bedrooms are separated by a hallway. Asking less than $500,000, this unit is quite a deal, but there’s a catch: The unit is an HDFC co-op, meaning it has income restrictions for purchasers, which range from $104,775 for a one-person household to $149,490 for a four-person household.
