Despite just arriving in 2018, we’re going back six months to see how four of our featured listings fared on the market.

First up, a stately brownstone in prime condition, with an owner’s duplex and three rentals to help pay the mortgage. It’s at 304 Clinton Avenue, in the Clinton Hill Historic District. This former House of the Day sold to the French conceptual artist Pierre Huyghe in November for $3.685 million, which was the asking price.

Next, we have a looker of a Bed Stuy brownstone, awash in original detail, and sited on a prime Stuy Heights block. A four-story built in the late 19th century, it sits just outside the historic district at 588 Jefferson Avenue, between Lewis and Stuyvesant avenues. This former House of the Day is still available for the initial asking price of $2.15 million.

After that, there’s a two-bedroom condo in the Toren, the distinctive tower with the undulating metallic facade at 150 Myrtle Avenue. Designed by the firm Skidmore, Owings and Merrill, the amenity-heavy, 38-story, LEED Gold-certified building was a forerunner of the towers now shooting up all over Downtown Brooklyn, opening its doors in 2010. This former Condo of the Day sold in August for the initial asking price of $895,000.

And wrapping up, we have a shingled row house at 66 Jewel Street in Greenpoint. It’s not overloaded with charm or character, but looks to be in decent shape, and the lower unit gets a screened wooden porch and run of the yard, which has a small above ground pool. This former Open House Pick is still available for $1.699 million, which is $126,000 below the original asking price.
