This week, a long look back to the early days of May to see how four of our featured listings fared on the market.

To start, a two-story Park Slope brick row house that is on the small side, but it’s got charm and a price tag under $2 million. It’s well located at 629 President Street, off of a prime stretch of 5th Avenue and near the R train. This former House of the Day sold in August for $1.99 million, $165,000 over the asking price.

Next, a Boerum Hill Greek Revival townhouse that is small and not cheap. But it offers a charming and distinctive space with some high-end finishes. At 112 Nevins Street in the Boerum Hill Historic District, the circa 1852 house was given an architectural makeover a short while back, and it sports a modern rustic interior that’s open and bright. This former House of the Day sold in May for the asking price of $2.645 million.

After that, a Fort Greene co-op that offers two good sized bedrooms, good light, decent space, a washer/dryer and a private roof deck, for well under $1 million. It’s on the fourth floor of a circa 1857 brick row house, at 154 Lafayette Avenue in the Fort Greene Historic District. This former Co-op of the Day sold for $950,000 in July, $101,000 over the asking price.

Last stop is Bed Stuy, where we find a three-story Queen Anne/Romanesque Revival house at 82 Chauncey Street in the Stuyvesant Heights Historic District. Chic and minimalist, it’s another one with original details and modern upgrades. This former Open House Pick was taken off the market in August.
