All of the listings are in Bed Stuy and Park Slope this week with one exception, a listing out in East Flatbush. That house in East Flatbush is also the least expensive of the group at $700,000. The most expensive is a Park Slope townhouse at $3.995 million.

10. In Bed Stuy is a brownstone that’s newly and nicely gut renovated, with some original details and a classic feel. It’s on the neighborhood’s northern end, on Willoughby Avenue, between Tompkins and Throop. There’s no floor plan, but the listing tells us we’re looking at a two-family with an upper three-bedroom, two-bath duplex and a two-bedroom rental on the garden level.
