Here’s a look at how four of our featured listings from six months ago fared on the market.

Starting us off, a renovated Bed Stuy brownstone that has a fair amount to offer: it’s attractive, move-in ready, has some nice original details and holds a pair of apartments on top of an owner’s duplex. The location is favorable as well; it’s in the Stuyvesant Heights Historic District, at 803 Putnam Avenue. This former House of the Day is still available for $2.225 million, a discount of $70,000 from the initial asking price.

Next up, a nice Dutch Colonial Revival in Midwood, which could use some updating but has considerable space, some nice details and looks to be in good shape. A freestander with a gambrel roof, a front porch and a garage, it’s at 1334 East 24th Street, near Avenue M. This former House of the Day is still available for $1.75 million, which is $245,000 below the initial asking price.

Then we have a nice three-bedroom floor-through co-op in the Park Slope Historic District, in good shape and with some choice original detail. Built in 1905, it sits a half block from Prospect Park, on the third floor in a fine figure of a brownstone on 8th Street. This former Co-op of the Day sold in March for $1.3 million, which is $75,000 below the asking price.

Wrapping it up, we’ve got a three-story brownstone on Monroe Street that’s seen better days and is in need of restoration and renovation. The listing calls it “early 19th century,” which seems about a century off, but its claim that the place holds some prime details is on target: it’s got pocket doors, fretwork, a pier mirror, crown moldings and at least one mantle. This former Open House Pick sold in April for $1.165 million, which is $160,000 below the asking price.
