Another week, another look at four of our featured listings from six months ago. This week, we have homes in Park Slope, Williamsburg, Brooklyn Heights and Bed Stuy.

First up is a fine figure of a Park Slope brownstone, with choice details, modern updates and a prime Center Slope location. It’s at 258 Garfield Place, in the Park Slope Historic District and just over a block from Prospect Park. This former House of the Day sold in July for $4.4 million, which was $200,000 below the asking price.

Next, we have a Williamsburg condo that splits the difference between an old-school walkup and the new luxury condos that have overrun the neighborhood. It’s on the third floor of a four-unit tenement building at 238 South 3rd Street, at the corner of Havemeyer Street, which was converted to condos 11 years ago. This former Condo of the Day sold in June for $995,000, which was $105,000 below the asking price.

After that, a prime historical Brooklyn Heights residence — an 1846 Greek Revival in pristine shape and with many an original feature, including columns, many a mantel and rear “tea porches.” It’s in the Brooklyn Heights Historic District at 26 Willow Street, where it stands in a row of four such houses. This former House of the Day went off the market and is currently being rented.

Wrapping up, a three-story brownstone that’s fully renovated, perhaps newly so. Most of the floors and the upper staircase are new, though at least one original parquet floor remains, and there are five original mantels; the pictured ones are tiled. A legal three-family, it’s set up as a two-family, with a duplex over a garden rental. This former Open House Pick sold in June for $1.725 million, which was $125,000 above the asking price.
