The most popular listings on Brownstoner this week include a carriage house in Prospect Heights, a row house in Ocean Hill and a brownstone in Brooklyn Heights.

Carroll Gardens and Crown Heights were popular this week, with other listings dotted around the borough from Ocean Hill to Brooklyn Heights. The least expensive on the list is a Bed Stuy rental at $3,000 a month and the most expensive is a Brooklyn Heights brownstone at $13.75 million.
