Another week, another look back at four of our featured listings from six months ago, focusing on homes in Bed Stuy, Midwood, Brooklyn Heights and Fort Greene. How did they fare?

Starting off, this Neo-Grec brownstone in Bed Stuy has a high-design renovation by Dahill & Bunce with substantial outdoor spaces and contemporary touches that radiate calm hygge intonations. This former House of the Day is still on the market.

Next, in Midwood, a substantial and relatively affordable prewar two-bedroom co-op has some attractive features like arched doorways and built-in shelves and is spacious at around 1,200 square feet. This former Co-op of the Day entered contract in March.

This through-the-block compound at 88 Remsen Street comprises a five-story townhouse, carriage house, garage and four outdoor spaces. It has all the mod cons and then some, including two underground screening rooms, one of which includes an atrium with a skylit shower. This former House of the Day is currently off the market.

Finally, in Fort Greene, a narrow 12-foot-wide Anglo-Italianate is a single-family, which allows the floor plan to take advantage of the full width of the house. On the parlor level, that translates into an impressive view from the front to the rear of the house, interrupted only by center stairs. This former Open House Pick sold in January for $2.4 million, which was $150,000 over the original ask.
