We’ve returned this week for another look back at four of our featured listings from six months ago, focusing on homes in Dyker Heights, Bushwick, Park Slope and the Columbia Heights Waterfront District. How did they fare?

First, we have a reasonably spacious one-bedroom for sale in a 1936 Park Slope Art Deco co-op that has a few nice architectural features and three good-sized closets. This former Co-op of the Day is still available at the reduced price of $650,000.

Next up is a circa 1920 house in seemingly perfect condition, with original details, a new kitchen and a two-car garage. Located in Dyker Heights, the single-family house has high ceilings, original parquet and moldings. This former House of the Day sold in July for $995,000, which was $15,000 below the asking price.

In Bushwick, a 19th century wood-frame house with modern siding has been updated on the interior. It’s configured as a floor-through rental over an owner’s duplex. There’s a painted slate mantel, tin ceiling in the kitchen, and bead board in the living room, but mostly the listing shows a modern white box look. This former Open House Pick sold in June for $1.3 million, which was $35,000 below the asking price.

Last is a rare and alluring Gothic Revival brick townhouse in the Columbia Street Waterfront District area. It has the goods inside, as it were, and is said to have been built for a “business merchant that worked closely with the Red Hook docks.” The goods include an original staircase, wood mantel around a wood-burning fireplace, and wide-plank wood floors, along with a sharply updated little kitchen in the upper duplex. This former House of the Day entered contract in September.
