Another week, another look back at four of our featured listings from six months ago, focusing on homes in Park Slope and Bed Stuy. How did they fare?

A compact one-bedroom in a limestone Park Slope co-op has been recently renovated and comes with some attractive original features and an updated kitchen. This former Co-op of the Day sold in June for $590,000, which was $5,000 under ask.

A four-story brownstone in Bed Stuy looks to be well preserved and contains some fine woodwork, especially the window and door trim topped with high crowns and incised patterns. This former House of the Day is still available for $2.3 million, a price increase of $101,000.

This modernized single-family brownstone in Park Slope has historic details and top-of-the-line upgrades. This former Open House Pick sold in June for $4.035 million, which was $160,000 under ask.

This Bed Stuy townhouse is divided into three units yet it has undeniable curb appeal, charming original details and practical updates. This former House of the Day is currently off the market.
