A renovated brownstone, a co-op with a roof deck and a flip with an industrial feel were among the listings Brownstoner readers liked the most this week.

There were multiple listings this week in Bed Stuy. The least expensive home was a row house in East Williamsburg asking $1.35 million, and the most expensive was a historic brownstone in Clinton Hill asking $2.995 million.

10. In East Williamsburg we find a three-story row house with a brick front. This one is newly gut renovated, with an upper duplex and a rental in the English basement. That one’s an open “studio loft” with a tiled floor and a galley kitchen; the duplex above has an open plan living space and three bedrooms. It’s got a brick patio with some landscaping in the rear.

9. In Bed Stuy we have a flip with a bit of an industrial feel. It’s a three-story, with a one-bedroom garden rental and a three-bedroom upper duplex, with an open plan parlor floor with a floating staircase. It’s gut renovated — everything’s new, including kitchens and baths. There’s exposed brick, a trio of skylights, a rear deck, and a finished basement with a tiled floor.

8. Moving over to Sunset Park, on 48th Street we’ve got a two-family brownstone between 5th and 6th Avenues. We don’t see a lot of these coming up for sale in this neck of the woods. This one’s a three-story — there’s no floor plan, but the listing describes the layout as follows: “3 bedrooms over 3 bedrooms and a bathroom on each of the three floors.”

7. This four-bedroom Park Slope co-op is airy and graceful, with original details and a newly renovated kitchen. It occupies the upper two floors of a North Slope brownstone, at 127 Park Place, near Flatbush Avenue, in the Park Slope Historic District. The living area offers nice high ceilings for an upper floor, along with archways in front and rear.

6. Here’s a Bed Stuy brownstone that’s newly renovated — and not by flippers. Some care and expense went into updating this one, a late 19th century Romanesque Revival that sits at 611 Macon Street, between Malcolm X Boulevard and Patchen Avenue. Twenty feet wide, it’s a two-family, with a one-bedroom rental on the garden level and a three-bedroom duplex above.

5. On Greene Avenue in the Clinton Hill Historic District is a corner brownstone with a number of points of distinction. It’s got two addresses, for starters, with a separate entrance on Vanderbilt Avenue, leading to the lower duplex via the brick-walled back yard. It has an interesting pedigree — it was built circa 1878 and was the home of Brooklyn’s first Roman Catholic bishop, Bishop Louglin.

3. In Park Slope on 2nd Street, we’ve got a one-family brownstone with bay windows. It’s got original details including wood floors, tin ceilings, molding and five marble mantels. As it stands, the layout’s a bit unorthodox, with the kitchen on the garden level, the master bedroom at the rear of the parlor floor (with access to a wooden deck), and a second living room on the upper floor.

2. Next up is a four-story brick house on Halsey Street in Stuyvesant Heights. This one is set up as an investment property, with an apartment on each floor. The house has renovated kitchens with new appliances, recessed lighting, exposed brick, and an intercom system; new hardwood floors and windows were installed in 2008 and the boiler and hot water heater are fairly recent.
