The most popular listings on Brownstoner this week include a Park Slope manse overflowing with details, the former home of a movie-studio executive in New Rochelle and a Bay Ridge co-op with views of the Verrazano Bridge.

Listings in Brooklyn were scattered all over the borough this week, from Bay Ridge to Brooklyn Heights. The least expensive listing is a Bed Stuy rental at $3,600 a month and the most expensive a Park Slope townhouse for $4 million.

Which would you choose?

10. The suburbs were booming in the early 20th century and the moneyed set had no lack of places to find newly built mansions to rest their wearied souls from the bright lights of New York. Joining their ranks was Wykagyl Park on the northern edges of New Rochelle. The quirky Mediterranean style house at 58 Croft Terrace was built circa 1929.

9. Here’s a Bed Stuy brownstone that’s been redone, with restored original details alongside modern appointments like spa-style baths and a floating staircase. A turn-of-the-century number that stands 18 feet wide, it sits on Madison Street, just off Marcus Garvey Boulevard. It’s got a triplex over a lower rental, which holds two diminutive bedrooms and includes a finished cellar.

8. Here’s a nice-looking duplex in a Bed Stuy townhouse, with three bedrooms and a deck. It’s the upper two floors of a three-story Neo-Grec brick house that sits on Monroe Street. Photos are few and show none of the upstairs, but the parlor floor looks bright and pleasant. Floors are new and there’s some original detail, including a mantel, arched niche and newel post.

7. This landmarked Park Slope manse, on a park block at 596 2nd Street, has some stunning original detail and a ton of space. One of a row of 26 eclectic houses designed by the prolific Brooklyn architect Benjamin Driesler, it was built in 1903. The house is set up as a double duplex, a setup that’s not without its bugs.

4. In Downtown Brooklyn, we find a two-bedroom with two baths on Livingston Street. The 300-unit 1925 building was converted 10 years ago, and the place still looks new-ish. It’s a bit flavorless, but there’s a nice modern kitchen with a granite-topped breakfast bar, a Viking stove and a Sub-Zero fridge. There’s a decent-sized master bedroom with a walk-in shower in the master bath.
