The most popular listings on Brownstoner this week include a barrel front limestone in Dyker Heights, a multi-family corner property in Bed Stuy and a Fort Greene brownstone filled with original details.

Crown Heights and Bed Stuy were popular this week, with other listings spread across the borough. The least expensive is a Clinton Hill rental at $4,000 a month and the most expensive a Cobble Hill Italianate at $4.595 million.

Which would you choose?

10. Here’s a lovely two-bedroom apartment on the third floor of a co-op building on Greene Avenue in the Clinton Hill Historic District. Called the Richelieu, and built in 1897, it has four stories, an elevator and a pair of sweet globe light posts out front. The place has a tranquil vibe and a fetching living room, with high ceilings, leaded glass windows and a large, carved mantel.

9. On 71st Street in Dyker Heights we find a limestone with a barrel front and an enclosed garage. It’s a two-family with a floor-through apartment on each floor. There’s also a finished basement with a kitchenette and a half-bath. Condition looks pretty good, including the kitchens, and there are original details including stained glass and parquet floors.

8. “Girls” star Jemima Kirke is unloading her Carroll Gardens townhouse, and it’s an eye-catcher with a style that’s a match for her character on the HBO show: romantic, bohemian and unpredictable. Kirke picked up the house in 2013 and subsequently had it overhauled by architect Richard H. Lewis, the design force behind Balthazar and Tavern on the Green.

7. Here’s an Axel Hedman-designed Crown Heights brownstone that needs work, and probably a lot of it, but could possibly polish up quite nicely. Built circa 1899, it’s in the Crown Heights North Historic District, at 995 Sterling Place. We say “could possibly” because there’s a lot that’s not shown, but the glimpses we get show some nice original detail.

6. Here’s a fine figure of an Italianate brownstone, a late 19th century number with plenty of intact details and tasteful updating. Built circa 1869, it’s at 403 Clermont Avenue, in the Fort Greene Historic District. Twenty feet wide and roughly 41 feet deep, it offers a triplex over a garden rental. The triplex is an above-average living space, with a lovely, high-ceilinged parlor floor.

5. This 19th century Italianate brick townhouse in looks to be in fine shape and offers a good deal of space in a prime Cobble Hill location, with a width of 25 feet. At 364 Clinton Street in the Cobble Hill Historic District, and dating to 1872 according to the listing, it has an apartment on each floor and thus seems best suited as an investment property.

4. In Bed Stuy we have a three-story corner property on Patchen Avenue, at Monroe Street. It’s got a unit on each floor, with split heating and cooling, and perhaps best suited for an investor. Photos are few; based on what’s there the place is not going to win any design awards, but it’s renovated and in good shape, and the three exposures should make for decent light.

3. This Monroe Street house is a narrow (14 feet) brick three-story that’s newly gut renovated. A single-family, it’s got three bedrooms and two baths upstairs, and an open plan parlor floor with herringbone floors, an open staircase and a wall of glass in the rear. There’s a nice modern kitchen with dark gray cabinetry, white Caesarstone countertops, a center island and a deck beyond.

2. On Herkimer Street we find a petite three-story brick number measuring around 15 feet by 35 feet. It’s a two-family, with a one-bedroom rental over a duplex. The listing describes it as “moderately renovated,” but it looks to have been gutted at some point, and redone with a utilitarian interior that remains in decent condition. So it’s livable as-is, but also a possible upgrade candidate.

1. Here’s a fetching yellow-brick townhouse on 45th Street in Sunset Park, where townhouses in good shape with details aren’t often found. It’s been in the same family for over 50 years, and from the look of things, they’ve taken good care of the place. A 20-foot-wide three-story with a four-bedroom duplex over a garden rental.
