The most popular listings on Brownstoner this week include a lush limestone in Park Slope, a wood frame in Red Hook and a Second Empire in Mount Kisco.

Listings in Bed Stuy and Park Slope were popular this week, with the rest scattered across the borough. The least expensive is a brick row house in East New York for $695,000 and the priciest is a Park Slope limestone at $14.5 million.

Which would you choose?

10. In East New York we find a circa-1900 three-story with a tan brick, barrel-front facade and a front porch. There aren’t any interior photos, so the condition remains a mystery. “Upgrades were added eight years ago,” according to the listing, which could mean any number of things; presumably more work is needed. That will likely include refiguring.

The photos aren’t the greatest, but they reveal a load of original detail: parquet floors, wainscoting, tin ceilings, crown moldings, plaster detailing, fretwork and numerous mantles.

6. One of Park Slope’s most luxe and talked-about townhouses is back on the market, for the second time in two years and the third in under a decade. That’d be the five-story 1899 limestone mansion at 17 Prospect Park West, formerly owned by the actress Jennifer Connelly, who lived there with hubby Paul Bettany from 2003 to 2008.

5. Here’s a grand Second Empire style mansion in Westchester County brimming over with 19th century charm and enough 20th century pop culture bona fides to give it some extra cachet. Depending on your cultural touchstones, the house on the market at 81 West Main Street in Mount Kisco, N.Y., might look familiar as either the “Ragtime” house or the Samantha Parkington house.

2. About as far from the subway as you can get in Red Hook — but just 1.5 blocks from Ikea — is this semi-detached 19th century wood frame, currently configured as a single-family. Despite being just two stories, it appears to have unobstructed views of the water and tons of natural light. The minimalist renovation is quite lovely, and it appears to be in move-in condition, although some might want to do more.

1. Here’s a 22-foot-wide Italianate brick townhouse in the Fort Greene Historic District. It’s been on the market a few times since it last sold back in 2012 for $3.1 million. The green cornices on the home’s facade are quite fetching and there are at least two carved marble mantles, wood paneling, crown moldings and intricate floor mosaics inside that have been wonderfully restored.
