The most popular listings on Brownstoner this week include a Bed Stuy brownstone, a petite co-op in Windsor Terrace and an Italianate row house in Hudson, N.Y.

Homes in Park Slope and Bed Stuy were popular this week, with multiple listings in each neighborhood. The least expensive of the group is a Williamsburg rental at $3,300 a month and the most expensive a Park Slope Italianate at $4 million.

Which would you choose?

10. In Williamsburg, this garden apartment is charming but may not be everyone’s cup of tea. It’s located in a prime spot in the neighborhood only a block and a half from the recently opened Domino Park. While slightly subterranean and apparently last renovated when Eisenhower was president, the home nonetheless gives off a ton of old-school character with its built-ins, fireplace and 1950s kitchen.
